Managing Partner
Paula P. Elfont
Small Business Advising, Executive Counseling, Transactional Services
Overview
Small businesses are in Paula’s blood. Before joining GLO, Paula dedicated over 15 years to a family-owned manufacturing company, where she progressed through every level of the organization—from receptionist to controller, to operations, and eventually CEO. While serving as in-house counsel, she expertly navigated the company through several domestic and international acquisitions before successfully selling the business to a private equity firm.
Paula's extensive on-the-job learning inspired her to further her education, culminating in a dual MBA/MS in Organizational Psychology, with a focus on management interventions for micro and small businesses.
Whether it's navigating leases, negotiating contracts, safeguarding sensitive information, pursuing growth through acquisitions, or handling succession planning and change management, Paula recognizes that the need for sound advice and solid practices remains critical, regardless of business size. She is dedicated to creating tailored solutions that suit the scale, budget, and personnel of small businesses. You don’t need to go it alone!
Paula is a proud graduate of Danbury High and a die-hard UCONN Basketball fan. Outside of work, she loves traveling, enjoying live music, and sampling craft cocktails. Paula lives in Danbury with her husband, Rob, and their feline overlords.
